You get at least 6 months warranty on each watch. This period can go up to even 60 months and depends on the brand of watch and its age. the warranty period is always mentioned in the advertisement of the watch in question. The warranty period applies when the watch does not function properly and does not apply to damage caused by careless handling.

Every product has a ‘specifications’ tab and you can see there if it has the specifications you need, if you cannot find a product with your desired specifications you can contact us and a professional will help you!

You can contact by mail or phone when you are not satisfied with your watch. Together with you we will look at the best solution and conditions for the return if you do not you want to keep the watch (for online purchases). 

After the payment has arrived on our bankaccount we ship the watch insured the same day with DHL Express world wide in a security bag with security seals.

It is important for the insurance that you make pictures from the package when it arrives to you before open it. A signature at delivery is required.

Outside the Netherlands in Europe: 1-3 business days
Outside Europe: 2-6 business day's 

Our watches comes with box(es), booklets / papers, warranty card. In the ad to the particular watch you will always see an exact description of what is included.
